Emergency Plan

pdf file A Food Allergy Emergency Plan Form is a document which helps our food service staff identify students with special dietary needs. Posted in the kitchen or office area, and out of public view, this form helps to ensure our staff is aware of those students who have allergies, intolerances or other special dietary needs.

It also provides us with additional information on treatment, symptoms and your emergency contacts. It quite simply provides an additional layer of protection. Completed forms should be submitted to the Unit Manager or Unit Chef in early September. The completion of this form is entirely optional.

Fibre is important to help maintain regularity and control blood cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Eat a variety of fibre-rich foods everyday including whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and legumes such as beans, peas and lentils.
