Residences at Western University are some of the best in the country. In fact, the Globe and Mail's student satisfaction survey placed Western's residences number one for eleven consecutive years. Not to mention Residence Living at Western was also rated #1 by students for the 2016 and 2017 Maclean's University Ranking in the Medical/Doctoral category.

Student Emergency Response Team (SERT)
The UWO Student Emergency Response Team (SERT) is a student run, volunteer organization providing emergency medical response to 9-1-1 calls on Main, Brescia, and Huron Campuses. They provide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during the academic school year and 8:30-4:30 weekday service from May to August. They are dispatched through the Campus Community Police Service (CCPS) to any medical emergency on-campus, responding in three person co-ed teams. The SERT carries with them both adult and childrens doses of stock auto injector epi-pens.

Why Risk it - a resource for teens


Milk and milk products are a key source of calcium and other bone building nutrients such as vitamin D, magnesium, phosphorus and protein. Fluid milk is fortified with vitamin D. A healthy eating plan, which includes calcium and vitamin D along with daily activity will help prevent osteoporosis. Aim for 2-4 servings of milk and milk products each day.
